Days 1-2: USA or Canada / Arusha , Tanzania
Depart by overnight flight to Arusha and transfer to your lodge. Mountain Village

Day 3: Arusha
On a full day of adventures in the environs of Arusha, you have the opportunity to hike around Lake Duluti, visit a local village and spend the afternoon visiting a working coffee farm on the slopes of Mount Meru. Mountain Village B L D

Days 4-5: Arusha / Tarangire National Park
Fly to Tarangire National Park for a two-night stay. Second only to the Ngorongoro Crater in its density of wildlife, Tarangire is home to large herds of wildebeest and zebra, along with one of the biggest elephant populations in East Africa . Bird watching is exceptional in the park's diverse habitats, and you may spot a bateleur or martial eagle soaring overhead. Swala Camp B L D

Day 6: Tarangire National Park / Ngorongoro Crater
After a short flight to Manyara, arrive at Gibb's Farm and stop for a farm-fresh lunch before continuing to Ngorongoro Crater, a huge natural amphitheater created by the collapse of an ancient volcano. In the Ngorongoro Conservation area, local Maasai herdsmen and their cattle exist amid a microcosm of East African wildlife, including buffalo, rhino, lion and leopard. Day 7: Ngorongoro Crater
Descend to the Crater floor for great game viewing, stopping for a picnic lunch. More than 30,000 animals thrive in this enclosed grassland, including hippo that live in the central soda lake. Bird life here includes ostrich, crested crane, flamingo and egret. Ngorongoro A&K Tented Camp B L D

Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater / Serengeti National Park
Today fly to the great grassland plains of Serengeti National Park and your luxurious camp. Dinner in camp follows an afternoon game drive. Kusini Camp B L D

Day 9: Serengeti
Follow plains game and attendant predators on their daily rounds of pursuit and survival, ending the day with a sundowner on a kopje (rocky outcropping) overlooking the vast Serengeti Plain . Kusini Camp B L D

Day 10: Serengeti / Arusha / USA or Canada
Fly back to Arusha, with time to relax in a dayroom before transferring to the airport for your international flight. Mountain Village (dayroom) B L
